Where is my data stored?
Your dog’s passport is private in your own iCloud. Only community map pins you choose to share leave your device. See our Privacy Policy.
Why don’t I see shared pins on the map?
Make sure you’re signed into iCloud and connected to the internet. Community pins sync through iCloud.
How do I get reminders?
Open a care item in your dog’s passport and turn on its reminder. You can also enable a gentle weekly summary in Settings.
How do I report or hide bad content?
Tap a map pin to report it, or block the person who posted it. Reported pins are hidden automatically.
The weather card doesn’t show a temperature.
Weather appears when location is available; extreme heat or cold shows a warning. On a mild day it may just show a seasonal tip.
Languages
English, Russian and Czech — the app follows your phone’s language, falling back to English.
